HSCENT

Phase I Readiness Check

Executive Mission Briefing

The primary mandate for the Global Cadre. Understand the framework and requirements before initiating a verified expedition.

Anti-Lying Mandate (ALM)

Every communication within HSCENT must adhere to the Anti-Lying Mandate. This platform is designed to minimize structural ambiguity and dishonesty. All recorded data, reports, and interactions are subject to Absolute Integrity Verification (AIV). Failure to comply with the ALM may result in a review of Cadre status and potential revocation of access.

Odorless Space Purity (OSP)

OSP is our pledge to create a communication environment that is pure and free from interference. This includes the elimination of bias, noise, hidden agendas, and irrelevant sensory disturbances. Cadre members are encouraged to maintain absolute focus and True Presence in every expedition session, ensuring maximum strategic resolution.

Cadre Vetting & Authorization

Access to HSCENT is restricted exclusively to Executive Cadre Members who have undergone a stringent Compliance Vetting process. Identity is verified through dedicated channels, and every session is bound to a unique biometric-digital authentication token. Identity security is absolute.

Expedition Targeting

HSCENT expeditions must have clear and measurable targets. The focus is on global strategic issues, not administrative details. Before starting, the Cadre must establish Three Primary Objectives (TPOs) to ensure that time and resources within the Odorless Space are utilized optimally to achieve Integrity Outcomes.

Next Step: Review Operational Protocols

To begin the expedition, Cadre members must first review and acknowledge the HSCENT Operational Protocols and Logistics Framework.
