HSCENT (owned by TravelinJava) respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Supplement describes what personal information HSCENT processes for its Executive Identity Platform and why.

What is HSCENT?

HSCENT is an ultra-premium 8K HD video conferencing platform designed for Global Cadres and Premium Professionals who require Absolute Integrity Verification (AIV) and Odorless Communication. HSCENT utilizes robust, high-performance video infrastructure to deliver its core promises.

What personal information does HSCENT process?

To provide the HSCENT service, we may process and store third-party account credentials to authenticate users. In addition, HSCENT processes and stores the Executive Expedition ID (the user-specified URL used to host the meeting) and information about the phone numbers that connect to the meeting (if audio connection is made via a telephone call).

In some cases, meeting-related content, which may contain personal information, is temporarily stored to enable user functionality in a video meeting. Examples include:

• If you use the chat function, chat content is stored during the meeting.
• If you record an Expedition, the recording of the meeting is temporarily stored until it is securely uploaded to your designated file hosting service (e.g., DropBox, GDrive, or Private Cloud).
• If you livestream your Expedition, video content is temporarily stored to buffer the livestream.

In addition, Executive users have the option of providing a verified name, corporate email address, and link to a profile picture that will be displayed to participants in the meeting to strengthen the Executive Identity.

How is this information used?

HSCENT is not in the business of selling personal information to third parties. HSCENT uses this information to:

• Deliver the HSCENT service and maintain the standard of Odorless Communication.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, which are critical for preserving Absolute Integrity Verification (AIV).
• Improve the HSCENT service, including AIV algorithms and 8K HD performance.
• Investigate potential fraud or abuse on the HSCENT platform.

Third-Party Services: YouTube Livestreaming

Use of YouTube livestreaming is governed by Google. By using the livestreaming feature, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube API Services are used for retrieving the livestream ID. The YouTube API Client may directly or indirectly access or collect information from a user’s device and may also place and access cookies or similar technologies on users’ devices or browsers. HSCENT access to data can be revoked at any time using Google’s security settings page.
